Job Description:
  1. Involvement in Budget preparation with cost optimization ideas.
  2. Responsible for weekly review of bill processing (Primary + Secondary + Import)
  3. Weekly Review of Balance Confirmation and Credit notes
  4. Review of Monthly Provision and Finalization (Primary + Secondary)
  5. Responsible for Asset Management
  6. Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
  7. Assist in Budget Formulation
  8. DD, DIO and return Loss responsibility
  9. Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
  10. Maintain vendor and service provider relationships
  11. Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
  12. Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
  13. Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
  14. Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
  15. Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
  16. Responsible for all type of agreement finalization
