        Job Description

1. Support in preparation of Annual Audit Calendar based upon Risk Assessment
2. Support in preparation of annual budget in terms of required resources to ensure coverage of audit calendar
3. Planning and Preparation of audit scope based upon discussion with Audit Head and ensuring execution
4. Preparation of audit report & its discussion with stakeholder. Obtaining a time bound action plan & Follow up until closure of issue.
5. Report results and make recommendations to Audit Head.
6. Perform annual testing of Internal Financial Controls.
7. Execute special audits/ fraud investigations/ other activities as required by the Department Plan
8. Executing and completing Monthly Targets as per defined plan (PBC)

Internal Audits

1. Follow and adhere to Annual Audit plan comprising of Regular Audit, Performance Audit, Surprise Audit, Specific Audit/ Special HO
2. Ensuring the execution of planned audit scope with the help of Audit Head
3. Ensuring  timely preparation of deliverables
4. Preparation of control gap summary & recommendation of corrective actions
5. Follow up of action plans shared by stakeholders and report status to Audit Head on periodic basis
